Phil Sinclair has published and sold over one hundred thousand tapes on mangement topics. Former CEO of Marimax Publishing, he introduced the famous Managers-Edge series to Africa. Since 1984 Phil's name has been synonymous with tape learning and he has personally developed eighteen tape learning programmes which have been used widely by thousands of businesses.

For over five years he brought "ON-TRACK the management tape" each month to over one thousand executives. He personally conducted dozens of taped interviews with visiting management "gurus", top business and management leaders and leaders in productivity and personnel management. He has reviewed hundreds of books on the latest management topics and met with seminar leaders from all over the world.

During his five years as programme director for "ON-TRACK the management tape" his personal interest was leadership studies. His work in the area of small business developement has won no less than three prestigious internationally recognised awards.
